Its Breezy

So when we first moved into our house in Hawaii, the previous tenant told me she never uses her air conditioning . I thought well that's awesome bc i had heard electric bills could be from 600 to 800 , crazy i know!
The first week we were in the house it was so humid, so humid that it made it feel more hot than it really was , i had sweat dripping off me. But i refuse to turn the ac on. so Two days go by in the super hot house, all the while kinzy says over and over "mommy, I'm sticky". The third day i finally gave in turned the ac on, and wow it was refreshing had it on 79 and i was actually cold !! we used it for about 4 days . Then i started to notice that the humidity had gone away or maybe just lowered, bc we all know its not going away. So i opened the windows and haven't looked back since! Its now been a week with no ac, or shall i say not using the ac we have.

Funny thing is that in Germany we had no ac , so there wasn't a choice!

side note: since we keep the back door open all day for a breeze, we have had visitors. I heard Emma in the kitchen and she was yelling No Bird No, i was like Emma get over here what are you doing next thing i see is a bird flying all the way our of the kitchen thru the living room to the back door!!
